Sophia Ricketts is an actor and passionate lover of the arts.

Driven by a deep belief in the transformative power of storytelling, she pursued her dream at NYU Tisch School of the Arts.

She trained at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting and Stonestreet Studios, where she developed a strong foundation in both classical and contemporary performance both on stage and screen. She is certified in hand-to-hand stage combat and has a growing interest in directing and intimacy coordination, with a focus on creating authentic, safe, and emotionally resonant work. Sophia is drawn to work that disrupts the ordinary - pieces that challenge, provoke, and leave audiences changed, shaken from their day-to-day lives.
